MOREE SECONDARY COLLEGE, ALBERT STREET, MOREE
*Entry is via a gold coin donation
Producers from around the New England North West Region will turn Moree into a food & wine lover’s delight when they gather in the most productive agricultural shire in Australia, MOREE NSW. Come along and enjoy the tasty delights of the region during a relaxed, social day out the whole family can enjoy.

Butcher Girl Alison
Passionate about sharing the ancient skill of butchering, this year Moree on a Plate is thrilled to welcome 'Butcher Girl Alison', Victoria's Alison Meagher. A talented artisan, Alison will share with the audience the art of butchery and promote nose-to-tail eating, and those long forgotten secondary cuts. Alison will break down a hindquarter for the crowd using her impressive knife skills, and prepare a number of smaller primal cuts such that can be easily replicated at home. Using her knowledge and expertise, Alison will share with the Moree on a Plate audience her personal tips and tricks, and how to use secondary cuts in everyday cooking for affordable food preparation and zero wastage

Producers
Moree on a Plate is excited to host over 50 amazing producers at this year’s festival. With local produce on display from all over the region festival goers are assured of going home satisfied!

Kids Entertainment
The Crackup Sisters
Little ones are in for a treat this Moree on a Plate, with special guests The Crackup Sisters bringing their Incredible Flea Circus Performances, face painting, puppet making workshops and The Boy Who Ate Teeth Puppet Show to Kid Korner.
That's on top of jumping castles, biscuit decorating, a photo booth and all your other Kids Korner favourites.

Live Entertainment
There is no end to Moree’s pool of talent, with our local musicians and vocalists also showcased throughout the day.
Local singing sensation Jacqualyn Drenkhahn will wow the crowds again in 2020, with the full line up soon to be announced.

The Mixed Grill
This year we've decided to spice up our traditional 'Blokes on the BBQ' Cook Off, with our local ladies now invited to show the blokes how it's done. Local teams will battle it out with the tongs to decide once and for all who really is Moree’s BBQ King or Queen for 2022. The competition is looking fierce this year with teams already committed and busy preparing their menus for the day.

Kids Korner
Always a highlight for the little ones, this year Kids Korner will include a fun themed photo booth, craft stations, face painting and much, much more to keep the little ones entertained.
